HEALTH RECOVERY SOLUTIONS Logistics Support Associate Salary in the United States

HRS is looking for a smart and dedicated Logistics Support Associate who will be responsible for responding to and solving customer support tickets. The Logistics Support Associate will support our in-house inventory management service as well as our bulk delivery service.  They will also work directly with our Client Success and Technical Support departments to resolve issues accurately and in a timely manner, while also providing excellent customer service direct to clients via email and over the phone.

This is a full-time position based in Hoboken, NJ.

• Excellent attention to detail, has the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communicator, great interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ensure proper resolution of support tickets in a timely manner
• Able to work with other departments to problem solve solutions for clients
• 1 year of experience

Bonus points

• Great customer service and communication skills
• Experience with a ticketing system like Zendesk
• Experience working closely with shipping carriers (for example: UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) for ticket remediation
