The Heartland POS Program Management team is looking for a summer intern who can help create new templates that adhere to corporate guidelines to be used for a variety of Project and Product Management documents. The goal at the end of the internship is to have a uniform, clean look across the majority of project and product documents and have all historical documents updated to the new format.

Job Details:

What will you be doing?

• Updating documentation templates, adhering to corporate guidelines.
• Working with internal teams to gather requirements and feedback.
• Accepting suggestions and coming up with creative solutions.
• Helping to create a basic project schedule/plan and clearly communicating progress and risks to the stakeholders. 
• Updating historical documents to the new format.  
• Proofing reading existing documentation for spelling and grammatical errors, as well as ensuring content is logical and well explained. 

What are the requirements? 

• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must have proficiency with G-Suite tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• An eye for creating visually clean documentation (Samples preferred)
