As a Night Sanitizer you will be responsible for cleaning the processing plant so that it is clean, sanitized and ready for USDA inspection. You will be sanitizing the machines, the floors, and the inedible buckets that are used during processing. You will be making sure that the plant is free of any egg, egg shells, dust and debris.  

Responsibilities and Duties

• Follow proper protection procedures as you are cleaning
• Dry scrub and Air hose the machinery
• Reassemble the machinery
• Inspect the machinery to ensure it is clean for the next day
