Job Summary

This position is based out of Arlington, Az., 45 minutes west of Phoenix. As the Pest Control Manager you will oversee ALL pest management programs and operations, ensuring all IPM programs are being maintained for the health and welfare of Hickman's Family Farms employees and flock. The Pest Control Manager will maintain a comprehensive integrated pest management program for every farm based on landscape surroundings and potential pest pressures. A Pest Control Manager will need to be resourceful, energetic, self-motivated and an egg-straordinary representation of Hickman’s Family Farms. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Daily training of all pest control operators
• Manage all pest control operators and oversee general pest control applications
• Manage and oversee rodent, fly, weed control and prevention IPM programs
• Maintain pesticide usage and application logs
• Maintain rodent control service records
• Perform in house pest management inspections

Qualifications and Skills

• Current AZDA QA License
• Desire to work in an outdoors environment
• Strong communication and written skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word & Outlook
• Bilingual a plus
