Manufacturing Operator:

Location: This position is based in our Campbell, California offices. This position is on-site, full-time for either day or swing shift.

What You’ll Do

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for the accurate and compliant manufacturing of various products by utilizing a variety of semi-automated and automated equipment and processes. Additionally, you will understand production, lead time and quality goals of the department. 

  • Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment under company SOP and GMP guidelines.
  • Following MPIs and WIs, ensure products are manufactured in accordance with product plans, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Record data accurately on lot history records (LHR’s) in collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and R&D and monitor and record critical process parameters and ensure that proper documentation and GDP guidelines are followed.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and maintain workspace and equipment cleanliness
  • Work under supervision to set up and operate a variety of equipment to produce materials and assemblies
  • Provide feedback to assist in the development of new processes or test procedures

What You’ll Bring

  • HS diploma and a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in the medical device industry. 
  • Knowledge of and exposure to product manufacturing, testing, and data collection.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment (i.e. hot boxes, adhesives, soldering, bonding, fuse joining).
  • Familiarity with testing: tensile, simulated use testing, or tests related to assigned projects is a plus.
  • Good hand dexterity and the ability to work with small components

Salary Range - $22.00-$31.00/hour
