Insight Wealth Strategies, LLC is a Registered Investment Advisory firm in San Ramon, offering financial planning and investment management services to high net worth clients. Insight has been growing an average of 20% each year for the last 17 years and is composed of a team of 13 client-facing Financial Planners with an additional support staff of over 15 people. 

We are seeking an entry-level MARKETING ADMIN to provide administrative and clerical support to several of our teams/managers, with a primary focus on marketing. This individual will report to our Operations team but have the opportunity to work with a variety of teams (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance) on many different tasks. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, organized, and flexible with new and shifting responsibilities as our teams continue to grow. 

Responsibilities

? Mail marketing materials to prospects and clients

? Maintain inventory of marketing products and help create/monitor the drip process

? Send newsletters digitally and in print to prospects and clients

? Updating spreadsheets and tracking inbound leads

? Confirm and reschedule meetings with clients via phone and email

? Assembling meeting folders

? Filing and scanning documents

? Ordering business cards and other marketing materials as needed

? Assist on various projects such as philanthropic efforts, graphic design of new and existing marketing materials, website maintenance etc. 

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

? High School diploma

? Minimum 2 years of administrative work experience, preferably in an office environment

? Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

? Graphic Design, Photoshop and Wordpress experience is a huge plus!

? Competitive salary ($37,000 to $42,000 based on experience) and performance-based bonus
