• have at least one year of previous experience in a veterinary hospital
• have excellent communication and organizational skills
• work well under pressure and be able to multi-task
• be willing to work some Saturdays
• manage high-stress and emotional situations professionally
• be computer literate
• have AVImark Veterinary Software experience (a plus but not required)
