Job Summary:

Essential Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew of operators and laborers performing earthworks support civil construction operations, primarily within a mining environment.  Activities include excavations, embankments, underground and above ground piping, grading, and concrete works.
• Interface with the client and other contractors on site
• Ensure the safety of the crew, equipment, and environment
• Ensure that work is completed in accordance with plans / specifications, and company procedures.
• May perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience supervising earthworks crews on utility, industrial plant, and or road building projects.
• Must have previous operating experience on civil construction equipment. ie: dozers, graders, loaders, and excavators.
• Must possess a valid form of government issued photo identification
