Major Areas of Responsibility

Operations

• Supports company initiatives within the department
• Has strong attention to detail
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, not-for-profits and Levy Restaurants team members
• Maintains positive relationships with internal and external guests, and ensures prompt response and resolution to all guest inquiries
• Acts as a liaison with team, including partner’s operational team, Levy Restaurants team and other areas as needed to ensure efficient operational performance
• Maintains accurate and efficient filing of financial archive files and data
• Completes all projects in a timely and professional manner

Controls

• Thoroughly and accurately uses applicable Levy systems (Micros, Parametric, etc…)
• Ensures required department reports are completed and information is compiled at month end closing
• Perform monthly closings of complex computer system/financial application.
• Prepare various account reconciliations and reports.
• Maintain the vendor master file within complex computer system/financial application.
• Sustain active client relationships.
• Provide suggestions to management and supervisor on ways to implement efficiencies with daily processing and reporting activities.
• Assist with general administrative tasks
