NOW HIRING Alcohol Compliance Coordinator

We are the face and name of Levy, providing the most premium food and beverage experiences that Levy has to offer, and demonstrating Levy’s value as a restauranteur and distributor in the sports and entertainment industry.

Position Summary:
Under the direction of management, ensures responsible service of alcohol throughout the entire building, including training and supervision of Alcohol Compliance personnel, in accordance with Company’s Alcohol Policies and Operational Service Standards.  The Alcohol Compliance Supervisor will also conduct briefings, assign and supervise Alcohol Compliance personnel, and review reports. 
 
Essential Functions: 
• Supervises Alcohol Compliance Officers.
• Supervises the serving of alcohol by event day team members. 
• Ensures event day team members serving alcohol is adhering to the alcohol service policy, ensuring responsible alcohol service.
• Observes and documents any alcohol related issues.
• Answers questions and make recommendations regarding alcohol service.
• Assists event day team members and Compliance Officers with any alcohol related issues.
• Assists with alcohol cut-off and performs other duties as assigned by management. 
• Works with management to conduct briefing and roll call with Alcohol Compliance personnel. 
• Works with management in the assignment of Alcohol Compliance personnel to their designated work area. 
• Gives direction and assist Alcohol Compliance personnel in performing their duties
• Documents any and all violations or complaints received; alert management and/or supervisors to all incident(s)/violation(s).   
• Ensures that Alcohol Compliance Officers are performing their duties and properly documenting all activities  Form and completing their assigned Alcohol Awareness Compliance Observations reports
• Review all reports submitted to them from Alcohol Compliance personnel under their supervision ensuring the reports are clear, concise and complete to reports accurately for management.  
• Performs other duties as assigned by management
