Job Overview:

As the Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master, you understand the importance of supporting a high performing team with a million projects and overlapping deadlines. In this role you will: collaborate with team members to assist in planning, managing, monitoring, and reporting on key projects from conception through implementation. You will meet with project requestors to get the details, host sourcing meetings, create timelines, lead daily standups, and organize sprints stages to meet Marketing goals and drive projects to completion. And you care about results, as part of this role you will host postmortems to drive continuous improvement and track project performance to gather metrics that informs ROI. You may need to provide training and mentoring to team members and strive to create a collaborative work environment.

About the Role

  • Lead daily standups, scrum meetings, and sprint planning
  • Planning, managing, and executing projects related to marketing campaigns
  • Work with marketing team and other internal stakeholders create and implement marketing strategy
  • Develop project plan based on marketing campaign objectives
  • Map out and delegate the tasks required to implement campaign strategy or company vision
  • Manage content and marketing campaign timelines, including setting deadlines and content launches
  • Create and manage project budgets
  • Maintain marketing documentation ensuring proper naming, storage, and version updates
  • Provide insight on marketing operations
  • Manage special marketing projects as needed
  • Manage all marketing vendors, facilitate production and distribution of print collateral, direct mail, tchotchkes, and other physical marketing assets
  • Tradeshow management and execution

Need to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, or related field
  • 3 – 5 years of project management experience, preferably in Marketing
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization

Preferred

  • Experience in K – 12 industry
  • Experience in Marketing Department/Marketing Coordination
  • Project management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
  • Administrative experience with a robust PM tool (Jira, Robohead, etc)
