Municode’s Tallahassee office is looking for a Support Services Representative to add to our Supplement team.  This position is task-oriented and requires particular attention to detail.  You will maintain the web posting of legislation for nearly 3600 online Municipal Codes and learn how to create and update the index for Municipal Codes.

What you will do:

1. Maintain web positing of Legislation online;
2. Create and update the index for Municipal Codes;
3. Update and manage the indexing inventory.

4. Education.  Associate Degree or minimum two years’ work experience. 
5. Requirements:
   • Proficient keyboarding skills;
   • Excellent command of the English language;
   • Strong attention to detail;
   • Communication skills- written and verbal;
   • Learn new subject matter quickly;
   • Experience with Microsoft Office.
