PLACE SHOWROOM Operations Coordinator Salary in the United States

Place Showroom is the leading contemporary Women's Showroom with locations in Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta and Dallas. The primary role of the Operations Coordinator is to work in tandem on projects with the Chief Operating Officer and other members of the executive team. Responsibilities include managing calendars; meeting and event arrangements & support; preparing reports and financial data; training and supervising Place employees in operational objectives; liaising with IT, customer/client relations, and overseeing general company projects as outlined by the COO & Executive Team. This role reports directly to COO and requires exceptional organizational skills and strict guidelines regarding privacy and confidentiality. The Operations Coordinator will also build content via Constant Contact for sales outreach, drop notifications, etc. The Operations Coordinator may also be asked to build content for our Social Media Channels and Internal Newsletter.   This position is a full-time position in our Los Angeles office and does not offer relocation reimbursement. Qualifications: Interest in a career in Wholesale Fashion MUST have advanced level skillset in MS Office products, especially Excel and Powerpoint Must have advanced level skillset in Photoshop or similar program Social Media experience is a plus Intern experience in wholesale fashion industry is a plus
