RESOURCE PRO Full Charge Bookkeeper Salary in the United States

ReSource Pro is looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our finance team. This role will support a variety of financial accounting and reporting tasks to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of ReSource Pro financial information.

Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end closings
• Complete and distribute monthly expense reports to budget owners
• Process accounts receivable and support collection efforts of past-due invoices
• Maintain Fixed Asset ledger, track fixed assets and prepare depreciation schedules
• Manage bank and general ledger reconciliations
• Support payroll and salary analysis, process journal entries for payroll disbursements, and support annual budgeting process
• Participate in and support organizational projects related to finance or accounting processes

Experience & Qualities that excite us:

• Minimum of 2-3 years basic accounting functions associated with general ledger, journal entries, collections, vendor invoice processing and/or payroll knowledge required
• Some college with a degree or coursework in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred
• Advanced Excel experience
• 1+ years basic auditing and financial compliance experience helpful
• Experience with small business accounting
• Customer-centric approach
• High attention to accuracy, detail-orientation and organizational skills
