• Ensures compliance with and provide input to security policies, standards, and procedures. Conducts all tasks in accordance with the requirement to comply with security controls.
• Track, monitor and report on vendor compliance with information security standards
• Work with Company's counterparts and IT management to receive proper approvals and ensure compliance
• Conduct information security reviews of key vendors and all externally hosted and developed websites
• Support internal and external audits (including penetration tests and vulnerability management initiatives) – tracking audit measures, resolution tasks, and reviewing evidence of compliance
• Assist with implementation of supplier management tools and processes in coordination with the Procurement, Accounting and Legal departments to optimize the vendor review process
• Participate in the development of education and awareness efforts and the timely dissemination of security information to staff and end users
• Collaborate with teams, stakeholders and business partners to understand and implement improvement opportunities
• Review and red line vendor agreements for compliance to information security standards

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security

• 3 to 5 years general IT experience
• Information Security Audit
• Information Security Compliance

• Deep understanding of industry accepted standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI, TISAX)
• Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Project and Visio
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Technical knowledge – overall understanding of applied information technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate security and risk-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to analyze security requirements and relate them to appropriate security controls
