Job Summary

The Client Advocate will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for ensuring their needs are met in a timely fashion. This position will maintain regular communications with their portfolio of banks as well as assist higher level teammates with basic support items.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our Clients to collect feedback that will help drive continuous improvement across all areas, including product.
  • Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases.
  • Facilitate recurring client progress meetings, ensuring that meeting notes and commitments are recorded for both parties’ review and acceptance.
  • Coordinate internal resources - including Support, Implementation, and Engineering - to provide best in class service and a seamless customer experience.
  • Position will require some travel to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to be a self-starter, including strong multi-tasking capabilities and a track record of managing multiple client accounts with shifting priorities and details in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for working with customers, proactive problem-solving, and embodying a culture to exceed expectations.
  • Effectively communicate with Clients about banking terms and Teslar Software functionality.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven track record.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic level of software and technical comprehension.
  • Banking experience in Loan Operations is preferred.
