POSITION SUMMARY:   Maintains Clients’ Fees program and prepares client allowance checks. Records all revenue received from HRA, SSI, SSA and Self Payees. Maintains Consumers’ Fund Accounts and Consumers’ Burial Accounts.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Records Clients’ Fees into “Client Fees Tracking” computer program and makes copies of all checks received for Entitlements and Eligibility Services department’s use. This is done on an ongoing basis as checks are received.
2. Records all Personal Allowances, miscellaneous deposits, clients’ withdrawals, bank charges and bank Interest to individual Consumer’ fund accounts as well as deposits and withdrawals to Clients’ Burial accounts. Prepares Consumer fund checks as per requisitions received from the respective residences.
3. Prepares Personal Needs Allowance checks upon receipt of clients’ PNA schedules received from EES department.
4. On the monthly basis verifies that all checks received and bank direct deposits agree with the deposits recorded in the Clients’ Ledger.   
5. Responsible for monthly Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits retrievals for DD consumers.
6. Prepares schedule of revenues received from HRA, SSI, SSA and self- payees.  This is done in MS Excel, for use in the Accounting Department in order to generate the NAMI reports. Done monthly.
7. Generates monthly reports of both Consumer Fund account and Clients’ Burial account in the form of individual accounts and distributing to all appropriate parties.
8. Prepares vouchers as per EES department check requisitions.
9. Maintain confidentiality at all times.
10. This does not limit the assignment of duties or exclude the performance of other duties, not mentioned, as assigned by Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:  High school diploma or GED, proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs required, accounting experience preferred.
