ICF's Disaster Management division is seeking a Construction Contractor Management Lead to assist our team with supporting federal grants to rebuild housing stock and mitigate disaster risks in Oregon. This position is 100% Remote in the U.S. with travel up to 20%. The right candidate will have experience with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) programs as well as an understanding of other federal disaster recovery programs and applicable cross-cutting requirements. You will work with senior staff, subject matter experts, and junior staff to develop and manage construction contractors as part of a larger team providing construction management on behalf of our Oregon client.
