Now hiring for 4-day work week Monday -Thursday. You work 36 hours, but we will pay you for 40 hours. CAREER COACH Position Summary: The Career Coach will assist clients with finding gainful competitive employment or volunteer opportunities in the community. This is a full time position. Job Responsibilities: Perform the intake process with clients. Work collaboratively with clients to develop a resume, and a person-centered Individual Treatment Plan Assist clients in all phases of job development Will collaborate with client’s mental health treatment teams, the Division of Rehabilitation Services, Maryland Employment Network, and natural supports to coordinate care and treatment.
