Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Az Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) Service Coordinator to join our team in Apache Junction, East Mesa and Queen Creek! As a Core Team member, you will work with Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists as well as Developmental Specialists, Social Workers and Psychologists to support families of children birth to three years of age with disabilities or developmental delays. Together, the team works with families through a coaching model to assist them on learning developmental skills such as gross motor, fine motor, language, and facilitate engagement in activities, routines and events of everyday life.
