JOB PURPOSE: Provides operational support for end users of Business Applications relating to Sales and Customer Relationship Management. Ensure effectiveness applications use though systematic end-user training and relevant documentation. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to these systems as they arise. Duties and Responsibilities: Directly and indirectly supports all systems, configurations and business design initiatives relating to Sales (S-1440, Microsoft CRM, DocuSign and Cloud-based Telephony) Consistently provide support, reinforcement, and training in systematic procedures and regional process to the user base Use experience, judgment as well as pre-established procedures and instructions to identify, research and assist with timely resolution of issues and inquiries related to sales systems and integrations Work closely with assigned divisional personnel, both in the field and in the office, to ensure efficient use of sales and CRM tools, and well as system int
