Job Description Job Description Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 DOE AFCO Performance Group will be hiring a CNC Machining Manager in Boonville, Indiana. Due to exploding market demand for our products, we are looking for an experienced machining expert that has a passion for leading people, enjoys problem solving, and helping the business meet project deadlines. The ideal candidate will apply years of machining experience to procure parts that help the team produce products, exceeding customer expectations in auto racing markets around the world. The work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 1st shift; no nights or weekends. Responsibilities: Ensure the safety culture is top of mind. Lead by modeling the way and intentional development of the CNC machining team. Train and mentor CNC machinists as needed. Promote 6S and organization / cleanliness. Schedule work for the CNC machining team based on reports from the production planning department. Ensure quality protocols are followed
