Our ideal candidate has excellent physical stamina for lifting and mounting solar panels and knows how to use power tools to construct the racking of the panels. General construction experience is a plus but not a necessity. Operators are welcome to apply, but that job includes physical labor also. A solid construction background will translate. This is a new ground mount build. As an Installer, you will be responsible for day-to-day field installation of mechanical hardware, racking components, wiring assemblies, and solar modules.
