Prepare written executive summaries of proposed credit transactions by addressing key terms and conditions, addressing various risks with justification of mitigating factors, analysis of historical and projected financial performance and present recommendations to the management of the Credit Department, Americas Division (CDAD).

Leadership and administrative principles and practices, including goal setting, program development, implementation and evaluation, dispute mediation, and the management of employees through multiple levels of management.

Demonstrated technical competence in financial functional areas including financial reporting, internal controls development and implementation, financial planning and budgeting, financial systems implementation and management, and treasury and debt management.

Monitors and evaluates, on an ongoing basis, the appropriateness and accuracy of the revenue recognition and accounts receivable valuation of certain facilities under their direction in conjunction with system office functional leadership.

Assist executive management, principally the CEO and COO in the preparation of the monthly financial management report (attestation) and in the monthly business review with the enterprise COO and CFO Assure accurate completion (in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles) and appropriate dissemination of multi-Corporation fiscal reports, including but not limited to monthly profit and loss statements, budget reports, depreciation schedules and quarterly treasury reports for presentation to responsible parties.

Reviews the prepared financial statements for facilities under their direction and makes recommendations to the regional and system office functional leadership for any changes.

Participate in periodic reviews of the commercial lending portfolios under their purview with the Underwriting and Asset Management staff, including vulnerable assets rated watch, and monitoring delinquent loans.

Support finance department with general ledger detail entry, transaction coding, preparation of wire transfer requests, non-donor bank deposits, and other accounting transactions.

Provides guidance and oversight in the development, implementation, and modification of the budgets and financial processes to ensure they meet the administrative and programmatic needs of the units, ensure proper internal controls, and are consistent with campus and University principles, policies, and procedures.

Serves as a financial expert on cross-functional teams in the preparation of models, reviews assumptions and project costs and benefits associated with proposed strategies and key bankwide projects.
