I've worked here for over a year, and while it’s been a stable experience, I haven’t felt particularly inspired. Communication is clear, but project timelines sometimes extend beyond initial estimates. Career progression requires time and persistence. With competitive compensation and a strong focus on development, it’s an organization that truly values its people. Benefits are okay, not the best. Each one has a clear agenda and a focus on decision-making and problem-solving, which respects everyone's time.
