The training programs are top-notch. I always feel protected and informed on the job. Communication between shifts could be better.

I’ve really enjoyed being part of this company. Managers support basic needs but don't offer much mentorship. Training covers the basics, but more technical instruction would help new hires adjust faster. Safety protocols are present but inconsistently enforced across departments. Tasks are clearly defined, which helps keep things efficient, there is opportunity for creativity or input. There's immense pride in seeing our products in the market and knowing the collective effort that went into their creation. Feedback is occasional, and employee input is always acted on quickly.

Good benefits and competitive pay. Overtime may be required during busy periods, leading to occasional fatigue. There’s a strong sense of teamwork, and management actively encourages open communication, which makes for a much better working day and a positive overall experience. Cross-functional collaboration is strong, and deadlines are respected.
