POSITION SUMMARY
The ATM Service Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, security, and maintenance of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs). As a trusted ATM Service Technician I you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving minor hardware and software issues, implementing security protocols, providing technical support to customers, and performing routine maintenance tasks. You will be the face of ATM Up as you will visit customer locations, in a company provided vehicle, to replenish cash and media, complete minor repairs, and ensure that the ATM is in good working order and looking like new, prior to leaving the location. The ATM Service Technician I is instrumental in delivering high-quality service to clients and customers. The ideal future team member will be hard working, detail oriented, and possess excellent technical skills; along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

OBJECTIVES
-Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues affecting ATM performance according to manufacturer guidelines
-Replace faulty components, update software, and perform preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns
-Implement and maintain security protocols when loading cash to protect ATMs from fraud, theft, and unauthorized access
-Follow schematics and technical manuals to perform repairs and installations
-Provide field service support by safely driving company vehicles to customer locations as instructed by ATM Up monitoring and dispatch team (M&D)
-Setup and breakdown ATMs at various mobile events
-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and service logs.
-Prepare cash replenishment reports for management and clients, track machine performance, and identify recurring issues for resolution
-Complete detailed documentation of troubleshooting, repairs performed, parts used, and status of equipment
-Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
-Explain ATM functionalities, troubleshoot transaction problems, and educate users on security best practices when needed
-Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles
-Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Technical school training is a plus
-Proven experience as an ATM service technician or similar role
-2 years of previous armored car experience, preferred
-2 years of ATM experience, preferred
-Valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms requirements may be required
-US driver’s license with clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
-Ability to work in both indoor/outdoor environments, being exposed to varying weather conditions
-Ability to lift and move 60 pounds or more
-Ability to move 100 pounds or more, using an appliance dolly
-Ability to use hand and power tools
-Ability to stand, squat, kneel and sit for extended periods of time

Tech II: Tuesday - Saturday
