What are the responsibilities and job description for the OWNER SERVICES TRAINER position at AIRSHARE?
The Owner Services Trainer is responsible for developing employee skills and knowledge. They will provide complete and comprehensive training at new hire and as needed throughout employment. They will share their expertise in ways that motivate others. It is critical they evaluate and understand the differing training needs and how to determine and serve differing adult learning styles within the same cohort.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Work with manager to design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive modular training program organized in a clean, consistent, and logical sequence
- Conduct training sessions on Owner Services for new hires, existing employees, and people outside the Owner Services department who want a survey of what the department does
- Support and mentor new hires
- Keep the Owner Services Handbook fully current, with changes to procedure being updated within one business day
- Work with manager to design and establish a quality assurance system to enhance our owners’ service experience and identify knowledge gaps
- Based upon quality and performance data, work with manager to create and deliver refresher training on an ongoing basis; this is a continuous gap analysis of all experience levels
- Gather feedback from all trainees and team members on a continuing basis to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the training itself
- Create a set of quality tools to maintain awareness of training gaps (gap analysis)
- Identify opportunities within the system to improve efficiencies
- Contribute to the development of our next CRM and flight scheduling software
- Monitor employee performance and response to training requirements and skills
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
- Support operation as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tool
- Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
