A well-respected non-profit organization that provides services to the at-risk population is seeking CASAC or CASAC-T Counselors at their Bronx location. The counselor will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based counseling services tailored to the diverse needs and identities of their clients.
The base pay range for this position is $50,000 per year. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of the offer. Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical counseling services to designated clients, covering initial assessment, treatment planning, and discharge preparation following departmental protocols and regulatory standards.
- Engage in extensive interdisciplinary team treatment planning and related activities as needed or scheduled.
- Work closely with various disciplines and colleagues to address client needs effectively.
- Support the implementation of program regulations and guidelines.
- Coordinate the scheduling and distribution of program agendas and other relevant information regarding events and activities.
Requirements:
- CASAC or CASAC-T certification
- Associates degree with at least 2 years of experience
