- Lead pest control operations across 5 territories and resolve escalated issues
- Drive Customer Service, Sales, and Service-Delivery teams to achieve financial goals
- Oversee onboarding of new employees and the new customer intake process
- Manage route scheduling, commissions, and licensing for field technicians
- Handle fleet management tasks (gas cards, vehicle registration, titles, plates, insurance, etc.)
- Analyze and report on territory performance (payroll, service revenue, etc.)
- Oversee accounts receivable and company expenses
- Assist in month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Manage multiple state compliance programs to ensure continuous business operation
- Schedule and prepare company-wide meetings, and participate in the safety committee
- Oversee office/warehouse maintenance and repairs
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Brand President
- Remote position
- Occasional driving/travel (up to 25%)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm), with occasional weekend hours as needed
- 3 years of regional management experience in a route-based, service-oriented business (at least $5 million in revenues); pest control experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business management, accounting, finance, or a related field
- 5 years of people management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background check (clean driving record, no criminal history)
- Drug-free (pre-employment drug screening required)
