The Company is in need of an Executive Director to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent patient/client care and overseeing all operations, functions, and activities. This includes providing strategic recommendations, implementing a superior vision, and inspiring passion and motivation in the team. The role involves working with the facility leadership team, department directors, supervisors, and corporate staff to coordinate activities, review performance data, ensure compliance with accreditation standards and licensing regulations, and establish clear policies and procedures. The Executive Director will also be involved in staff management, including determining staffing requirements, interviewing candidates, and ensuring staff orientation, education, and supervision. Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree with at least five years of full-time administrative or supervisor experience in a licensed substance abuse disorders treatment facility. Proficiency in performance data review, compliance activities, and knowledge of relevant standards is essential. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to function as a team player, effective time management, and the capacity to address staffing and employee relations issues. The Executive Director will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure facility, handling payroll and invoice approval, and fostering liaison relationships with various stakeholders.
