- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

The role will report to the COO and be oversee all aspects of our production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the General Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to achieve our financial and operational objectives.
- Competitive base salary between $175,000 and $215,000, depending on experience and skills
