Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest service orientation with the ability to anticipate needs
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Proficient in computer systems and software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
