Description Are you an experienced construction professional with a passion for managing projects from start to finish? Gibian LLC is seeking a Traveling Site Superintendent to oversee and coordinate our commercial construction projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering high-quality results. Superintendents will be required to travel to jobs and stay in employer-paid hotels for commutes over 1.5 hours. Our jobs range from NY to NC along the East Coast. Work in occupied facilities will require work to be completed during the second or third shift. As a Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of construction projects, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will collaborate with subcontractors, coordinate with owners/clients, and address any on-site challenges to ensure successful project completion. Compensation: Salary range - $85,000 - $10

My client is family owned Design/Build firm that is looking for a Estimator for commercial construction. Some preferred projects for estimation experience are healthcare facilities, hospitality, education facilities, manufacturing facilities, offices, airport/aviation facilities, restaurants, etc. Must fully understand construction, compile detailed scopes of work, and analyze subcontractor proposals.
