Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer and working closely with them to develop the Securities legal function, the Vice President of Securities will lead compliance with governance-related requirements under U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules and regulations, NYSE listing standards and advise on a broad range of securities matters.
