Job Summary The Operations and Maintenance Manager for the Denver System is a critical member of the Denver Operations team, reporting directly to the General Manager. The candidate is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of providing Centiro’s customers with an ambient loop temperature ranging from 51 degrees to 71 degrees on a 24/7/365 basis. The Operations and Maintenance Manager will work at the Plant Monday through Friday and be on-call for any emergencies. The Operations and Maintenance Manager will be a self-starter that can accommodate working in a fast-paced environment, strong commitment to deadlines and team, is process oriented with a high sense of ownership in their work, possesses a high degree of intellectual curiosity, and has a superior knowledge of operating this unique system.
