Our Agency Management Specialist serves as a liaison between the company and agents and acts as a relationship manager for our agents, regional underwriting team and corporate departments. They will assess the strengths and weaknesses of agents and assists them in achieving a mutual goal of profitable growth in both volume and policy count. They will also ensure that agents are familiar with and use Selectives initiatives, products, policies, procedures and services. All job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Level (or grade) of position will be based on candidates experience
