Role: The Manufacturing Engineer will enhance capability and continuous improvement within Trillium's service centers by utilizing lean manufacturing methods. They will develop and standardize shopfloor methods, procedures, and training to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service products. Additionally, the role involves supporting various internal stakeholders, including Operations, Quality, SHE, New Product Introduction, and New Technology Introduction, while ensuring adherence to engineering standards through audits and change control. Main Responsibilities: Contribute to development of various projects. Develop concepts, produce designs, obtain quotes, produce project schedules, and perform safety assessments. Manage and support execution of projects. Engage with suppliers and contractors to safely deliver project deliverables on schedule and on budget.
