Utilizes Timberline to prepare or assists in preparation of Opinions of Probable Cost of Construction (OPCC) and design build projects. Researches historical data (purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc.) and compiles summary reports to develop guidelines and precedence for future estimates.
