Description The Billing Assistant is responsible for assisting with the invoicing process for assigned clients, including issuing accurate client invoices and support documents pursuant to contractual terms and conditions, coordination of project manager approvals and submission to client. + Follow invoicing requirements, formats, rates, charges and submission requirements for client invoices. + Generate invoices on a daily basis for various engineering and construction contracts.
