We are looking for 3 senior software engineer team leads for 3 different software engineering teams. On-going contract position: Evaluations every 12 months Hybrid position: 1-3 days on-site; 2-4 days remote Must have's: Recent team leadership experience: Someone that can specifically talk about how they’ve mentored and trained other engineers. Also talk about how they’ve been in a position of influence/change where they’ve established better processes. Truly someone that’s found needs that benefit the entire team and was able to make those changes. Architecture experience: This person may be architecting and re-architecting different things. 1 of these roles they need someone with a Java/AWS/Lambda background. 2 of the roles they need a Node/AWS/Lambda background.
