Responsibilities of this position includes annual budget, general, grant, and federal aid accounting functions, audit responsibilities, financial reporting and analysis, transactional oversight of AP, AR, and Payroll for the Department, and maintenance of the general ledger and fund management. Monitors the departmental and program budgets on an ongoing basis, and provides monthly analysis. Maintains the general ledger, ensuring timely reconciliations and accurate financial statements for business units within the Road Fund.
