Customer Service Representative Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm Location: Akron, OH Key Responsibilities: Prepares documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders, Inbound /Outbound Manifests. Examines records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify the accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipments. Maintains correspondences with customers, including receipts, and invoices (if required). Documents all correspondences. Provides assistance in answering the telephone, resolving warehouse inventory discrepancies, and providing backup to the warehouse. Records shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes. Works with other representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications. Resolves issues related to overages, shortages, and damages.
