BakTek was founded in 1992 as a local service company for food manufacturers in the Bay Area. It quickly grew into an international installation company with close ties to the artisan bread and bagel production business. As our business grew, we quickly evolved into a manufacturing company making a significant amount of the equipment we installed for industrial food producers all over the world. BakTek Metal Fabrication became a part of our organic growth serving both our internal manufacturing requirements and also serving our local community as a job shop and sheetmetal production house.
