Responsibilities: Comparing on line banking activity to the deposits/disbursements in each non profit's QuickBooks register; Generate weekly reports showing bank account activity for the week; Reconcile each bank account at the end of each month. Send bank statement reconciliation reports to NPO's. Investigate any "uncleared" transactions to determine why funds have not credited the account.
