The company culture prioritizes collaboration and respects work-life balance. However, the work lacks variety and is highly process-driven. Career growth requires patience and internal networking.

The paid parental leave policy is incredibly generous. I was worried about fitting in, but the welcoming culture here made it easy. Room for improvement in communication.
