Facilities are modern and well-maintained, with the latest manufacturing technologies. While it’s nice to have a routine, it can also become monotonous over time. Great hands-on learning experience. I’ve enjoyed the challenges and support provided here.

The work environment is positive and collaborative, with regular recognition of employee contributions. One of the best places I’ve worked in manufacturing. Training varies by team and shift. You’re given tools and basic direction. Most importantly, there's genuine pride throughout the organization in the quality products we produce. Expectations are communicated clearly, and leadership takes the time to support staff with resources and tools.

A good stopgap job, not necessarily a long-term career builder. Management follows protocol, but there’s limited innovation unless upper leadership initiates change. Our facility is one of the cleanest I’ve seen in the industry. I'm continually impressed by the strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie at this manufacturing plant. Communication is generally clear but could improve in some areas.
