Ensure finished product continuously meets or exceeds product specifications. Evaluate retained samples and audit production before release to warehouse Identify/tag and quarantine nonconforming product. Enter test results into SPC program. Description Job Requirement Job Summary: Palletizers are responsible for palletizing packaged products and operating forklifts. Products arrive at a stacking station via a conveyor. Pallets are position in a stacker by hand. The palletizers typically move the products from the conveyor onto the pallets in groups of 2-4 packages. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Continuous flow of product to the stacker providing all products positioned properly for stacking. This includes product orientation and quantity. Wrapped product removed from the conveyors in a timely manner to avoid palletizer shutdown; Responsible for completing and submitting/attaching paperwork, such as, but not limited to maintenance request forms, skid tally sheets, on-hold tags, and skid load flags Supplies (tie sheets, stretch wrap, pallets) unloaded and fed to the palletizers as required Have knowledge of all boxes and pallets for each product.
