HRSD’s apprenticeship programs are a combination of on-the-job training and related classroom instruction. All can be completed in three or four years. You must be willing to work your scheduled shift and attend class during working hours. A Math Skills Assessment Test is required prior to entry into HRSD's Apprenticeship Program. This position qualifies for a $2,000 sign on bonus, $1,000 is paid at hire, and the remaining $1,000 is paid upon successful completion of the 6-month probationary period.
