Description We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Legal Department in El Segundo. The primary focus will be to support our internal legal team in day-to-day operations of the Company with potential specializations in intellectual property maintenance, legal and regulatory compliance initiatives and general corporate and litigation matters. Tasks will include reviewing, editing, and managing communications, contracts and marketing materials (including coordinating review with other departments such as product, regulatory, and security as necessary) and reviewing and maintaining trademarks and copyrights, corporate policies and procedures, coordinating litigation activities, integration and vendor intake and conducting due diligence as part of M&A.
